What do you think of this airbrush for nail airbrushing?

I think the biggest problem you will have with airbrushes like the image you sent will be the waste of paint. When airbrushing nails, you will only need a small amount. You will need to add too much paint to this cup. Buy an airbrush with the well. It will save you lots of money.

Within 24 hours clients are ringing me complaining that their airbrushing has cracked! What am I doing wrong????

There are 2 possibilities.
First - you are using the wrong top coat. You must use a slow dry top coat that is compatible with your paint.
Second - you are spraying your opaque paint too quickly. Don't spray too much, just a slow gentle flow that looks dry and dull.

When rinsing out my airbrush after airbrushing a tattoo, the paint went all jelly like and clogged the airbrush

Tattoo paint is alcohol based and should only be rinsed with alcohol. Mixing the paint with water will cause the clogging and the paint turning "jelly like".

I airbrushed a nail, but the design looked like it had a shadow when it wasn't meant too! What did I do wrong?

It is very important that when you use a stencil that you do not move it. Even the slightest movement will cause a shadow effect to your work. I recommend that you "earth" yourself by placing your little finger on the table or somewhere to keep your hand steady.
