In Australia, items delivered via Fastway Couriers road service.

All international items are shipped via FedEx courier service or Australia Post.

Only if any item is defective and has not been used, Nailparts will issue a credit for the cost of the item if the following conditions have been met -

You have notified Nailparts, via email, fax or telephone within 24 hours of receipt of the item
The item is returned by a similar shipping method, insured for the full purchase value, within 5 days
The item is returned in the same packaging and condition as received by you
A credit will be issued to you within 5 days of receipt of the item.
