About Nailparts
Having already worked in the Beauty industry for a number of years, Vicki became a qualified Nail Technician in 1992 and worked from her home based salon.
During this time, Vicki attempted to locate an airbrush, supplies and information after seeing articles and photos in the American 'Nails' and 'Nailpro' magazines. Unfortunately, there was nothing available, nor any information.
'Nails' magazine, through fax, recommended Gina LaFazia of GML Distributors, who is a qualified Educator in America who has been airbrushing in the nail industry for over 20 years.
To cut a long story short, Vicki arranged for Gina to visit Australia and train her in all faucets of nail airbrushing, including educating.
Through testing various airbrushes, Vicki believed the best airbrush on the market for nails was the Vega Nailaire and has been using this airbrush ever since.
In 1996 at the Melbourne trade show, airbrushing was re-introduced to the Australian Beauty Industry.
The most important benefit Vicki brings, other than proper training, is her knowledge of the nail industry and what the average nail technician wants, needs and problems they face in their everyday business day.
